An automotive contract parts packager utilized a wide range of materials to wrap and package parts for a major car company. They used them all from cohesive extensible kraft paper to foam-in-place sheeting to cohesive polyethylene.

Problem was, they had almost as many suppliers as materials. At their request, we unwrapped a much better plan. We showed them how we could save them money by furnishing all their materials from one source, with one phone call to place orders, one invoice and one check to cut.

But we didn't stop there. We suggested more money-saving alternatives. Like replacing the conventional mono-layer LDPE film and bags they had been using, with a co-extruded film product that was thinner, yet stronger, and less expensive.
